where'd the week go?

It's been more than a week since our market and even longer since we were featured in the Mercury's Attitude section in an article on avoiding mass consumerism and supporting local and environmentally conscious producers.

You can read it online here - scroll down.

Thanks for the plug Rebecca!

what a great day!

Thanks to everyone who came along yesterday and made out first outdoor market such a huge success. We had plenty of happy customers, a lovely atmosphere and thankfully with the exception of a few gusts of wind, the weather held out for us.

We'll be getting some pictures up in the next few days but in the meantime you can read about and see a few snaps here, here, here, here, here and here.

Don't forget that our next market will be on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th May and that stallholder applications close Monday 5th April.

stall holder sneak peek - Cygneture Chocolates

With two weeks to go it's time for us to start giving little peeks of what you'll find on offer at our next market. First up is one of our new stall holders, one we're really excited about and one we know if going to be a huge hit.

This is why...

Made by hand using the seasonal flavours of the Huon Valley, these chocolates are not for the faint hearted, they're to die for!!

PS you might have seen Cygneture Chocolates mentioned one highlights of the Taste of the Huon in the Mercury's write up yesterday (6th March)
